Strategy

Strategy is a paradox. It is the most important contribution we can make to our business as managers. Yet, it's frequently the one that receives the least amount of time and attention. Perhaps that is because it is the easiest thing to put off in the face of the ever-present transactional demands of your business.  You know that for the long term health of your business—you must focus on strategy, but there are always ten fires to be put out first. Even when you do make the time, it can be hard to get started. Out of the gates, it can feel very big and unmanageable. How do you even know who to include?

Pure Marketing can help by providing the structure and the process to take measured steps toward revising, or creating your strategy. It's a little like having a personal trainer at the gym. You don't need one to work out. But if you do have one, you can't really skip the workout, and you will work harder once you're there.
